1. Booking Cancellations and Refunds

At Beholden Stay Cafe, we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional stay experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1.1 Cancellation by Guests:

  • Cancellation 14 days or more before check-in date: 100% refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation 7-13 days before check-in date: 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in date: No refund.

1.2 No-Show Policy:

  • If you do not show up on the day of your reservation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

1.3 Early Departures:

  • No refund will be issued for early departures after check-in.

2. Special Circumstances

2.1 Force Majeure:

  • In case of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, Beholden Stay Cafe may offer a full refund or a credit for future stays, at the management’s discretion.

2.2 Health Emergencies:

  • Guests who need to cancel due to health emergencies are encouraged to contact us directly. We will review such cases individually and strive to offer a fair resolution.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
