1. Booking Cancellations and Refunds

1.1 Cancellation by Guests:
- Cancellation 14 days or more before check-in date: 100% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation 7-13 days before check-in date: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in date: No refund.
1.2 No-Show Policy:
- If you do not show up on the day of your reservation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
1.3 Early Departures:
- No refund will be issued for early departures after check-in.
2. Special Circumstances
2.1 Force Majeure:
- In case of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, Beholden Stay Cafe may offer a full refund or a credit for future stays, at the management’s discretion.
2.2 Health Emergencies:
- Guests who need to cancel due to health emergencies are encouraged to contact us directly. We will review such cases individually and strive to offer a fair resolution.
